What does a journal subscription include?

• All subscriptions are calendar year January - December.
• Subscriptions purchased at the personal rate, where these apply, are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. The reselling of personal subscriptions is prohibited. Personal subscriptions must be purchased with a personal cheque or credit card. Proof of personal status may be requested.
• A current year print subscription will include any issues already published in the current year plus those remaining for the year.
• If you purchase a print subscription for next year, you will not receive anything until the year commences.
• In most cases, a current year online subscription will also include online access to all issues for the subscribed journal from the current year, back to 2007. When your subscription lapses you will only have online access to the years that your subscription covers. Access to volumes published 2007 is available via our Online Journal Archive products. In certain cases, where we have agreements with societies, or where a product is not yet available via our digitised Online Journal Archive products we will grant access to the 2007 archive.
• If you purchase an online subscription in advance, you will not have online access until the year commences, at that point current year policies will take effect.

How to I get online access to my journal subscription?

If you are an existing online customer your subscription will be added to your account. The only exception to this will be when we receive a new order with an address that does not match our system. In this case you will receive an email. You will be asked to select a link within the email in order to add the subscription to your online account.

If you are a new customer, or have not previously taken up your online access, please ensure you have provided an email address with your order. We will send you an email inviting you to access your online subscriptions. You will be asked to select a link within the email in order to confirm your online account and provide IP details.

Please note that you can purchase subscriptions through any of the major subscription agents. To make a direct purchase with Logistics Supply Chain Consultant, Co., Ltd. please follow the instructions below.

2. Subscribers are requested to send payment with their order whenever possible. Issues will only be sent on receipt of payment.
